Suspension (Sling) therapy
Levitas is a unique device for therapeutic suspension. This type of treatment is used successfully to increase muscle strength, range of motion and alleviate pain.
Levitas allows to work
• without or against gravity (muscle strengthening of all patient – weak and athletes)
• axial and not axial (many levels of training intensity)
• on unstable ground (training of proprioception and coordination)
• ergonomic – therapist doesn’t have to carry the weight of patient body and has easy access to the patient
• multifunctional – possibility to use elements of known modalities: MET, RI, core stability, traction etc.
